How do we ask the right questions of one another? How do we get to the root of the problems? How do we answer without fear? How do we learn together so we can work together? All my life I thought that finding answers was always the hard part, but now I’m realizing it’s finding the right questions that’s difficult. It’s almost in the same boat as talking vs listening. Let’s think about this for the next few weeks.
